So this project started off as a simple little space for rendering out a few arcade cabinets I previously made and.....well it kinda morphed into a much bigger endeavor. I've been working on this for practice in between projects at work to experiment and refine a few techniques. All assets are 500 or less poly (many not going over 200 poly) and have all been optimized for use in a VR-based game. The overall theme of the space is 1980's/1990's classic arcades but with modern accoutrements and various easter eggs.
More updates will eventually come as I plan to expand the number of arcade cabinets in the space from 6 types to 80 individual cabinets of different classic real world arcade cabinets virtually recreated.
All models and texture maps are by me. I do not claim to own any of the copy right material featured in this work. This project is for practice and not for any commercial products.
