MS: Gundam - Cel Shade Stylized VR Ready Game Assets: ZEON Forces [Update: 2023/05/01]
Update on the Mobile Suit: Gundam anime series Zeon MS, Support Craft, and Ship models and textures that I've been working on for the past 4 months. Assets are made to use a Cel Shaded Art Style using Toon Lining to achieve an Anime-look. Further to this, the specific look I have been going for is to recreate the art style used in the original MS: Gundam Anime series. All models and textured are being optimized for use in VR.
Since the last update, I have created several new Zeon forces units. Featuring a brand new MS model in the MS-09R Rick Dom, as well as the Support Craft units known as the HT-01B Magella Attack Tank and DFA-03 Dopp Aerial Fighter. For Ships, I have made the Papua-class Supply Ship, Pazock-class Supply Ship, and the ACA-01 GAW Cargo Plane.
In addition to the new units, I have also created modified paint schemes for several of the Mobile Suits. Specifically:

- MS-06S Zaku II Commander Black Tri Stars Custom
- MS-06S Zaku II Commander Johnny Ridden Custom
- MS-06S Zaku II Commander Shin Matsunaga Custom
- MS-09B Rick Dom Anavel Gato Custom
- DFA-03 Dopp Fighter Garma Custom
- DFA-03 Dopp Fighter Char Custom
I've also combined the various textures into atlases for each of the MS's and other Craft so that I could showcase them here.
No AI was used in the creation of the Art Assets in this piece. All Models and Textures are by me.
This project is not being developed for commercial purposes and is only intended for use as portfolio pieces and skill demonstration.
Note that the renders of this post were made in Blender. Implementation is planned for Unity and using the RealToon Shader package.
